      I used their website form to...

      I used their website form to submit a service request on 8/9/11. Received an auto-generated e-mail back stating their appreciation for our request and that someone from their team would be in touch with me shortly. No calls or e-mails that day or the next. I called the phone number listed on their website on 8/11/11, used their phone menu to get to the service department, and was greeted with an individuals voicemail box. I left a similar message describing our request. As of 8/19 we still have not received any calls or e-mails from them. Would not recommend.
