Be sure to read the legal terms on the NCH web site - they DO NOT offer technical support for their products, period. If you want help with a product, you have to purchase a limited-time contract with another company, for extra bucks ($40-60 +). If you're lucky and the software works with your dvd player, it won't be a problem, because it's pretty straight-forward. But don't expect ANY help unless you pay plenty extra.

Good product for what it is. Hard time finding out how to contact but overall good experience. Not a site for newbie broadcasters. Need a little knowledge before attempting to understand site.
