Christina (Stina) Hoberecht, LPC, believes that a therapists role is to help individuals feel at home within themselves. She is passionate about helping patients integrate tools such as mindfulness practices into everyday life, helping them to navigate the stresses of life in a more balanced and regulated way. She is on a mission to help patients find healing and wholeness through the integration of health in body and mind using techniques like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.Stina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. She then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Somatic Counselling Psychology with a Dance/Movement Concentration from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado.Some of Stinas hobbies include ballet, yoga, running, playing board games, and spending time with her retired racing greyhounds.
