Horrible service! I waited in the lobby of my hotel for 45 minutes for a cab. I was in my room when it finally arrived. The front desk clerk called me and let me know the car was here. I looked out my room window and saw the car, and by the time I got downstairs it had pulled away. The dispatcher was even less help. I asked her if he would be coming back. She said she guessed so. I had to wait for 45 minutes and the driver couldn't even wait 5????
