I lived at Regency Park for about 3 years. Work has since taken me to a different state, but I wanted to give a review. First of all, the staff was great. They were extremely helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything. If something wasnt right, they fixed it. If the common areas got dirty, they cleaned. When the grass needed to be cut, it was cut. Im sure you can appreciate this if you ve rented somewhere else. I respect the fact the owners are there daily and care so much about the property. Id much rather live somewhere that is cared for than the alternative. I cant forget safety. I occasionally travel and must leave my wife at home. This was one of the few communities where I never really had concern. There is an on-site security officer that is also in law enforcement. The parking lot and public areas are well lit and there are even video cameras. If you are a husband, father, or woman you understand the importance of these things. Great place to live!
