We have used this company several times without incident. Earlier this week my wife turned in our daughter's raincoat to be dry cleaned. It came back and the red inner liner bled right through the tan coat leaving the area that covers the buttons pink. The coat is ruined. Even then, things happen, so we asked for a refund of our $21 deposit, which I though was fair. They wouldn't refund a dime despite ruining the coat! They actually said we should call the manufacturer and try to get our money back from them! If you think a garment may not be colorfast, shouldn't you simply test a small preferably hidden spot on it? Seems a "Pro" would know that! Guess not. Be careful using these folks, if they ruin your clothes they won't care. We won't be back.
