      Carolina Health Center offers non-profit health care services to residents throughout the West-Central South Carolina area. Our Greenwood, SC location is one of seven offices that works together to provide quality medical care and treatment to patients of all ages. At Carolina Health Center, we aim to create a healthier community through: • Family practice • Geriatrics • Women's health services • X-rays • Pediatric care • Adolescent health and wellness • Pediatric behavioral health services We work actively with patients who are managing diabetes to help them progress towards their wellness goals. Because we understand that not all patients are covered by private health insurance, our office accepts Medicaid and Medicare.
