Brian Gunter, M.D., practices inpatient internal medicine as a hospitalist with Hospital Medicine Specialists, a hospital based physician practice of Self Regional Healthcare. Dr. Gunter went to medical school at University Hospital of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica and completed his family medicine residency program at Columbia University College of Physician and Surgeons in New York City, New York. In addition, he completed a fellowship at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Gunter is certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Infectious Diseases Society of America.
