Greenwood Elementary School enrolls more than 400 students in kindergarten through grade six and offers a variety of educational opportunities for the physical, emotional and mental development of students. It offers a variety of academic courses, including reading, mathematics, science, social studies, communication arts, health and physical education, computer literacy, art and music. The school also offers a variety of before- and after-school activities, such as carnivals and skate, restaurant and theater nights. It additionally provides a range of supplies to its students, which includes pencils, pens, dividers, highlighters, crayons, sharpeners, binders and notebooks. Greenwood Elementary School is administered by the Lee's Summit School District and is located in Greenwood, Mo.
