We were referred to this clinic by an urgent care facility in our search for a new primary care doctor since our family's physician switched to an urgent care setting. Our youngest child has health issues which need more attention than an urgent care doctor can provide. We were told the office in Greenwood was accepting new patients. We called the office on a Friday and the office staff told us new patients were being accepted and to stop by the office to fill out new patient paperwork. That next Monday we got a call to tell us that the office was not accepting new patients. No reason was given other than that no new patients could be accepted, and the office staff could not explain why patients were being accepted when we called, but not when we turned our paperwork in. It came across as if after they realized our daughter had a complex medical history they decided it would be too much work to take her on. Very unprofessional.
