We have been customers of Chim-Cheroo for over 15 years. They installed a chimney liner and we have had our chimney inspected and cleaned every year since then. They are always prompt, efficient and considerate. We had a problem with the first liner a few years ago and Don and Tom took care of the replacement in a timely manner. Originally had them out just to clean my chimney before I started to use wood burner. They found several issues with the liner and we made arrangements along with an installment plan to cover the cost. Now have a great worry free liner and they come every year to clean the pipes and chimney and keep everything working great. Would recommend Don and crew to everyone . This is the second time Chim Cheroo have serviced my chimney since we relocated to Mansfield. First was last winter when we were snow covered, and secondly was yesterday. Both times Don was ontime and did the job expected without making a mess in the house.

These guys are great, called ahead to give me an estimate on their arrival and once they were here were were very polite and professional. They made sure that floor near my stove was covered and didnt get dirty, (I think it was actually cleaner when they left, I should sweep around it better I know).
