General Info

Sally is an advanced practice nurse practitioner for Affinity Medical Group. She provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages. She has special interest in caring for the young adult population, women's health, health promotion and disease prevention, and treating acne, asthma, depression, skin conditions, and minor procedures. Her goal is to provide personalized, evidenced-based care to patients and their families, including wellness visits and management of acute and chronic illness. Outside of the office she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
