The staff is RUDE. There is no room in that store to look in peace, without having a rude person trying to look over you, bump into you, or invading one's space. Lastly, they are way overpriced. Go to Twice is Nice -- better prices. Staff isn't much better, but the prices match USED clothing and whatnot. Walmart is cheaper than these thrift stores.
I shop there once a week for two reasons. The first is that it helps a charity to women in need of immediate help. The second is that I can find items reasonably priced that I may or may not need. Sometimes I don't really need an item, but I buy knowing that they can use the money. Their policy is no returns, but in fact you are not spending much for what you get in the first place. Most of their items are used/donated. Some are new from surpluses donated. I enjoy the variety and low prices of things. Some things may be a priced a little too high, but they are human and I have pointed out some. At that point, I really can't ethically buy it, but someone else won't be overcharged. The courtesy of the employees is fine. None business oriented women may be helping as they need a job, so I wouldn't expect superior customer service. Being new isn't the same as being trained and on the job for years. Overall, I enjoy going and seeing the things they have. Good see and buy something!!

I never get great service here, but the last time I shoped here was the worst day.they were very unpolite and disrespectful. I always tell people to bring their donatins here, and all the time I have donations I bring them here and I've been a volunter in women in need for so many years, I do it to help, but it would be nice to at least get some respect from the people that "help teach wemen to get respect" the cashier kept ignoring me, I know their policy, I'm not asking them to change it, and an item of $1 was not a big deal, but she treated me like a thief, a liar and ignored me instead of politely tell me she couldn't sell the item. her attitude was what disconsered me, not that I couldn't get a $1 item. and they are always like that, they only give good service to people they want, and they get what they want from the donations without paying or acting like they pay but only pay a few cents, and that is steeling.
