He opened The Law Office of Toby C. Wilkinson, P.C. in December 1992 and has been in private practice in the Greenville area for the past 19 years, concurrently serving as Greenville municipal judge for three years. His experience includes jury trials and appeals, and covers family law, probate, juvenile law, misdemeanors, and felonies including death penalty cases. He is a member of the Hunt County Bar Association.
