Argon Technologies is a company founded by aerospace engineers specifically to service local small to medium-sized businesses and the residential market. Argon Technologies began offering dialup Internet access in 1998. We support a growing need for quality Internet access, quality that was previously unavailable in the Hunt county area. The next natural step led us to deploy a broadband service now known as Phantom Wave Wireless Broadband. Realizing a need for high speed, always on Internet access, we researched numerous technologies available ( DSL, cable, and others ), and came to the conclusion that wireless DSL was the only technology that would be suitable to support our diverse customer base, reaching where lesser forms of broadband technology can't. Now high speed access is available to everyone, not just those within a small halo surrounding the local phone company.

Been without internet service for about 2 weeks now, they're supposed to come over today to check the installation, still no sight of them, the connection is fast when it's working but we lose service on a constant basis especially on fridays at 9 pm, coincidence? I think not, then misteriously we get the signal back on late monday or early tuesday, customer service is deplorable, no one ever answers the phone or you get a constant busy signal, like they unplug the phones or something, sadly it's the only thing we can get out here in this part of the country, only 6 more months until the 2 year contract is over, I hope there are other choices by then...

no internet more than ever. can't believe they can stay in business. there are several of us getting out as soon as we can. bad customer service. you psychologically for nothing.

Signed up in May of this year and finally actually have decent service as of 2 weeks ago. Customer service at this place is NON-EXISTENT. The manager is rude and dismissive. I wanted to change companies after a month of no service, but was told that they wouldn't let me out of my contract. I was furious because it also stated that they would provide me service in the contract and they weren't holding up their end of the contract for sure. I wouldn't recommend them at all. If I could give a negative rating, I would.
