I helped a client get into one of Wolf Enterprises units, and I lived in Two of their locations here in Greenville, S.C. Lisa and Tim and their staff were so nice and helpful anytime we needed repairs done, they were right on it!! We all became great friends, it was honor living in their homes.. I rented from Wolf in 2001 when I moved from TX and needed to find a place to live quickly. They were amazing to work with, maintained my residence and ensured I was happy. I regretted having to move back to TX afterwards. I've yet to find a management company that cared for my personal needs the way Wolf took care of me then. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, knew where local business' were, and made sure I never felt alone. Glad to see they are still in business today!

I have rented from this agency for 3 years now and I would not want to move. They maintain the house well and look after me when I need them to fix a problem. They treat me like family. My husband and I recommend this company to anyone looking for a decent place to live.
UPDATE
It has now been 9 1/2 years I have been renting from Lisa and Tim. Their rent has been so reasonable that we managed to save and buy a fixer upper of our own. We have worked on our house for 3 years now and finally the day is coming soon that I get to move in so Thank you Lisa and Tim for giving me a home in Greenville during my time here! I will miss you guys and if you ever need anything from me just ask, you have my number

wolf properties is an exceptional rental agency. The management is very nice . As for the maintains, it is over and above any other agency I have ever rented from. They make the tenants feel like family.
