In the late 1980's, Windsor Properties, Inc. and The Aughtry Company each enjoyed unblemished reputations in residential and commercial real estate development, respectively. The two merged in 1988, and the result was an organization greater than the sum of its original parts. Their combination formed Windsor/Aughtry Co., a comprehensive organization capable of offering a full range of real estate development and brokerage services within South Carolina, western North Carolina and beyond.Today, after twenty years of excellence in residential and commercial development, the company's three principals and key employees have well over 200 years of combined experience in the real estate industry.
