One star only because zero is not an option. This company has the absolute worst customer service possible. We had a warranty claim and still are waiting to hear what they can do to fix the problem after two years. I have a box of replacement flooring in my garage that I assume I will have to install myself. I will never do business with this company again. I would have expected some level of basic assistance considering the amount of money that we spent on our flooring. I was wrong.

Rite Rug has been serving my company's flooring needs for years now. Their level of service and competitive pricing is by far and away better than any flooring company I have used in the past. Salesman came we selected the floor we wanted, paid him in full the next day. He said the floor had to be ordered and it may take a week or so before installation could begin. 2 weeks later I had to call twice a d leave voicemails just to receive a text in return asking when we would be available for install and that our floor had come in 2 days prior to my first voicemail. Setup installation date, installers showed up on time and worked very fast. So fast they damaged several pieces of my bedroom furniture in the process which were all less than 1 year old. They finished their first day or work and needed to come back the next day to finish 1 bedroom and our in home office. The installers showed up and got to work. They finished my sons room and looked at our office (1012 room) and said we dont have enough floor to finish. All of the carpet had been torn up already so it was just the slab with no floor. We couldnt work for almost a week because the room was a wreck. When I called to complain it was explained to me that the salesman measured wrong thats why they ran put of flooring. Then a customer service person told us they took some of our floor to finish a different job and that our floor was being ordered but they didnt know how long it would take to get to us, because they wont send a truck of flooring until the truck is full. After 2 full weeks we finay got our floors and that room installed. When we called the salesman about the damage to our furniture they sent someone out to repair it, all the guy did was paint in thr damaged areas with stain. You can still see the damaged spots. Customer service manager came out and we showed her and she said she would try to find someone to come fix it again. After a week she still couldnt find anyone so I found someone and she setup the appointment with them, this company comes and fixes it to the best of their ability. It will never be like it was before at least now its not an eye sore. After the furniture was repaired and the floors were all installed we never heard a work back from anyone at rite rug to see if we were satisfied. They had our money and thats all they cared about. Will never use this company in the future and will never recommend them to anyone either. They should be ashamed they do business this way. I am completely disgusted with how we were treated and how long a one or two day project turned into over 2 weeks. No apology, nothing.

My experience with Rite Rug was wonderful. The salesman came to my house and brought samples of both hardwood and carpet. He measured, and gave me an estimate for doing both. I decided on hardwood, because he beat the other quotes I got. He ordered it, and it was installed within a week. He stopped by to make sure the installation was going well, and he called when it was finished to make sure I was satisfied. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you, Jonathan.

No posted store hours. When I call after 4 pm you either get the fax machine or just a recording saying the are on the phone "providing excellent customer service". Have used them twice but never again!

Worse company ever!! Installed my carpet opposite colors then what I asked for. Going on 30 days now and about to ask for my money back. Sales staff never follows up! You have to call them and then it's: " I was just about to take care of that!" Will never use this company again once my issues are resolved. And I'm skeptical of that! Stay away!
