Company represents my employer for insurance. Not helpful or courteous, I have only been treated poorly and with disrespect. Won't fix messed up claims, or drags things out for months. Had a baby in Oct '05 still dealing with claims July '06. I talked to my OBGYN and fixed in 5 minutes what this company took 8 months to say couldn't be fixed! Outragous! I've done more of this company's work in the last 8 months than I care to admit. They sure do know how to get work done for free. I feel like I should be on their payroll.
