At the Prisma Health Deep Vein Thrombosis Clinic, we use a multidisciplinary approach with experts from vascular surgery, vascular medicine, hematology and pulmonology working closely alongside clinical pharmacists to provide care for patients with thromboses and related disorders, including deep vein thrombosis (DVTs), pulmonary embolism (PE), and hypercoagulable conditions.
