Honestly, I was very disappointed with my experience at Nail Forte'. This is my third time here and each time I came after work because not only are they near my job but the reviews. Each time my experience has been less pleasant and today was filled with mix emotions. When arriving I was asked about which serviced I wanted, in which I replied "manicure and pedicure.' Due to a large crowd, I told the young lady I could go to another salon down the street (which has received outstanding reviews on all search engines even social media pages). She told me they would assist me but it would be few minutes. After being seated the lady ask which service I preferred and replied a 'natural pedicure.' My reasons for this service is because I am going to Dominican Republic and booked a spa day at sea for my vacation. The technician proceed with the service but the entire time the technician seemed cold and didn't want to complete my service. All the other customers were being serviced and enjoyed helping them but with me I could tell it was different. After their service I was asked for payment but unlike many of the other customer was asked to pay cash. This was fine but being that I do not carry cash on me this was a luck. I usually pay via or Amex (debit or credit) and have done so in the past no problem. While processing my transaction I proceed to hear talk in their native language but what they did not know was... I understood clearly what was being said. I am truly, sadden because a mother and daughter were in the salon also having a laugh at my expense. Not only did I not receive all requested services but I was made to feel like a huge 'joke.' I proceeded to another salon to have my pedicure redone, gel full set completed, and eyebrow arch. The woman there was so worried, when I wasn't smiling (as I do often) she asked me if she had done something wrong. Of course, she did not but the visit to Nail Forte left me so upset I had to write a review. I am truly disappointed with the customer service here and will not ever return. I currently work in customer service and today taught me the importance of treating people as if they were the CEO for Apple.

The staff was very friendly. They did my nails even after they were closed.

Last minute on a Friday, daughter wanted mani/pedi. I was out of town, headed back in. She stayed open LATE just so I could have a mani/pedi session with my daughter. They did a wonderful job for both of us. My daughter even had her brows waxed and had NO problems. I will be back for more waxing and more pedicures. If you live in the Woodruff Road area, there's no reason not to stop in.

The staff was very friendly and courteous, but they used dirty tools and I walked away with a nasty toenail fungus. I wouldn't recommend them.
