Established in 1965, the League Academy of Communication Arts is an educational facility that offers academic classes for more than 780 students in grades six through eight. Its facilities feature a media center, gymnasium, art studio, life skills area, auditorium, cafeteria, over 40 classrooms, administrative and guidance offices, and multimedia video production and computer laboratories. The school has a parent-teacher association that conducts various meetings and conferences for teachers, students and parents. It offers classes in foreign language, fine and communication arts, pre-engineering international studies, and science and technology. Additionally, it serves more than 7,800 students through its gifted and talented programs.
