Beware!!!!! I have had so much trouble with this store on multiple occasions. The staff was rude and my $4,000 engagement ring had to be sent off SIX times for diamonds falling out. Do not buy from this store

The staff is NOT quick to wait on you & definitely not friendly. If the item you purchase needs to be sized or adjusted in anyway it will take ATLEAST a month to get it back. The ring I was given for Christmas was finally returned to me (after 2 sizings) incorrect in FEBRUARY!!! After 2 times of sending it off, it was still the wrong size and the prongs that held the stone in place were not pressed down; therefore, snagging all clothing it comes in contact with. Very displeased!
