I will not use Jostens ever again. My daughter did not receive her cap and gown. I have been going back and forth w/these people since June. I was told I would get a refund and then was told that they don't do refunds; although it their fault we never received a cap and gown. I was told in October that they would mail the cap and gown to me (which is of no use to us now) and I'm still waiting on that to happen. When I was talking to the manager, he thought he was talking to someone totally different, so this just shows, they've made this mistake more than once. Graduation is a very special time--something that can't ever be done again and they don't have to take responsibility for thier mistakes! Yours Truly---Alethea Gunter
