I went in to get an estimate on my car after sideswiping my other car 🚘 n the driveway. Jeff touched it up for me and it looks as if nothing ever happened. He didn’t charge me a dime for the minor touch up. Very nice, honest guy. Would definitely use him in the future! Thanks, Jeff!
Had an amazing experience with Fender Mender. They are super friendly, fixed my car in a timely manner and even repaired damage that wasn't from my wreck at no cost to me, all just to make sure my car looked amazing. I am so glad I came here and will definitely bring my cars here in the future. So thankful for a body shop that goes above and beyond. My car looks AMAZING!

My car was in an accident and my insurance company recommended Fender Mender. Instead of the week and a half they quoted, they took almost a month. In spite of my objections, they repaired it with junkyard parts rather than OEM parts as I was allowed by law. The work was shoddy and visually mismatched. I had to accept it as I had an appointment up north and was already late. The repairs were so bad that wind rushed through the closed door on the highway. When I got home, I had to take it to a professional body shop to have it completely redone correctly. I wouldn't take a Tonka toy to Fender Mender to repair.
Customer was given a lifetime warranty and never brought the car back to our shop for re-inspection. Insurance Company re-inspected vehicle and gave our shop a perfect rating for the repair. Thanks, Charles
