WONDERFUL!!!!! The limo service was amazing for me. I booked them and they had the cleanest and nicest cars i have used yet. i used the party bus for prom since it is easier to move around in. it really helped being able to stand up inside the car instead of ducking all the way to the back. the people there sent me an invoice right away that had all the details of the limo, all the places i had chosen to go and what order. if something was wrong or if i needed to change something, they were always willing to pull up my file right away and make the necessary changes. the price is amazing compared to the quality of people you will work with and the drivers are so nice and helpful if ideas are needed. I will definately use them again!!!!

Our Company will NEVER use them again. The will rip you off!! NEVER, NEVER use this car service.

I had a reservation to take my manager to the airport. He ended up catching a ride w/a fellow employee. The limo showed up and didn't call me or the manager when he didn't sho. They claimed that it is "rude and unprofessional" to call the person they are picking up. I can understand this if he didn't show up in the first 30 mins, but we're talking about 3hrs here. What is the point in giving out my phone number AND his CELLPHONE? If they had attempted to call my mgr, they would have known he caught another ride or if they had called me, I could have tracked my boss down. Then, when I questioned the charge on his credit card bill, I could not get them to send me an invoice to see how long they waited. It just felt like a "shake down" since we are a huge company. After waiting 60 days for them to provide the info I requested, I disputed the charge. When they were notified of the dispute, instead of calling me, they called a "friend" in our co. hoping she could encourage payment.
