I had a Lasik procedure performed on January 16, 2008. I had two visits to TLC prior for the pre-op tests and information presentation. The staff at TLC are extremely friendly, helpful and informative. The doctors are completely supportive before and during the actual procedure. The billing is flexible, they can set up a payment plan or work around your health spending account. The price is probably higher than other places, I paid about $3900 with insurance for both eyes. That includes lifetime enhancements if necessary, bladeless operation and "custom-Lasik" as to minimize glaring and halos.I am very happy with the outcome. I believe for the cost, it was worth every penny. I went from 20/1600 (yeah, that bad!) to 20/25 left and 20/30 right the day AFTER surgery. Remember, this takes up to 6 months to stabilize. I am ecstatic that my vision went from that bad to this good this fast! I would suggest TLC to anyone considering Lasik.
