Before starting PT, I had a lot of pain in my right hip and down the leg when walking. I had to be careful to sit on hard chairs because soft, upholstered seats caused pain in my back and hip.I feel that much, if not all, of the stiffness I had before is gone. I believe that the stretches and home exercises I was given were instrumental in my improvement I definitely would recommend Hands-On PT to family and friends. Having been to a number of therapists in the past, I think Ive had the most improvement in the shortest time of any of the other course of therapy Ive taken
