Christopher Thomas, MD, is a physician specializing in medical oncology and hematology at the Prisma Health Cancer Institutes in Greenville, Greer, and Laurens. He provides care and treatment to patients with benign and malignant blood disorders such as leukemia, lymphoma, and anemia among others. He also treats patients with solid malignancies, with special interest in treating gastrointestinal cancers. Dr. Thomas earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine and subsequently his Fellowship in hematology and oncology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine- North Carolina Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. Thomas is board-certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology.
