Once a week I hear a client say, “The last place I ever thought I would be is in your office to talk about bankruptcy.” Do not let the lack of information or embarrassment hurt you and your family’s financial future. No one is immune from having financial difficulties. I have represented doctors, lawyers, construction workers, teachers, the disabled, retired and even financial planners. Background I have practiced bankruptcy law in upstate South Carolina for over 25 years and have represented clients throughout the Upstate of South Carolina including Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, Laurens and Oconee County. I graduated from Clemson University with Honors and received my law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. I am a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Greenville County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. My practice is devoted strictly to bankruptcy however I also help environmental organizations on protection of public land issues. I only do bankruptcy work and am ready to assist you with your financial problems.

Bankruptcy is complicated. I went to three attorneys and I can tell you Dennis is the most personable and caring of them all. I would highly recommend him.

I went to Dennis and found him to know so much about this area of law. He is an area expert. He did not encourage me to file and helped me really define the best way for me to resolve my current debt issues. I would highly recommend him. I also know from having other attorney friends that he is seen as an expert in this area.

I've not been to many attorney's but I can tell you that Dennis is down to earth and he is working for you. Visit one or two and you will see what I mean when you meet him. He knows his business and will answer your questions.
