They have a large variety of fun things for my dogs to particpate in to keep them happy. Even offer extras for my cat. Lots of options! My babies really enjoy the "luxury" rooms with tv and vcr. It is just not a place to board pets... the staff really got to know my pets. I had them trained while they were staying there and their grooming was top notch. I think my pets thought they had gone on a vacation of their own. The second visit their tails were wagging non-stop when we pulled into the drive.... they knew where they were! I travel a lot and have used many boarding facilities.... but am here to stay.
