Azimuth Control land surveying has spent three years working on the 2006 HGtv Dream home's site - Grey Rock. Over the years spent in these mountains overlooking Lake Lure N. C. We have produced lot surveys of properties adjoining the Greyrock Parkway. We have asbuilt slope grades of the existing mountain face, as well as all other topographical aspects on approximately 5 miles of greyrock realestate. We have traversed the majority of the 4000 acre site to create this extensive topo. Our company produced as-builts for engineers for the purpose of road design and subsequent construction of roads and building pads. Armed with 3D surfaces we staked slopes and road center lines for new construction. We are a licensed land surveyor in the state of N.C. who has the experience and manpower to tackle any job in the state of North Carolina.
