Cypress Glen is part of the United Methodist Retirement Homes, a faith-based nonprofit organization. Cypress Glen is a continuing care retirement community managed by Life Care Services. Its more than 91-acre campus features residences, such as cottages, apartments, suites and private rooms. The community offers a caf for casual dining, gift shop, wellness center and exercise facility, an aerobics pool, chapel, arts and crafts room, library, and beauty salon and barbershop. Its services include 24-hours nursing care, daily meals, housekeeping and laundry service, and scheduled transportation to and from medical appointments. It also offers a living facility for seniors suffering from Alzheimer's disease, dementia and other related disorders. Resident rooms have a curio cabinet outside the door and are equipped with emergency call systems. Cypress Glen is located in Greenville, N.C.
