If you want a "Blond surfer" type to tell you to pull all your teeth go for it. In 1997 he told me to do that, and I listened and had 3 pulled later. Found a periodontist in Va Beach due to my job, and I still have all my teeth with the exception of the 3 he had me pull. (Probably would still have them had I seen the dental expert in Va Beach). Do not recommend. He is only in it for the $$$ and insurance (that is if you have any).
