Bought the porter queen bed, side rail broke after several weeks, called they said they would replace, still waiting a month now and saying it will be another month. Had propped it up on books but at this point and time after cutting my foot on the nails sticking out I will have to pay someone to come and take it apart for me and put the mattress on the floor. With two little ones one in the house it is to dangerous. Beware what you buy. I'll let you know if customer service ever manages to fix it.

Furniture quality okay , customer service terrible . It took my furniture 2 weeks to arrive at the warehouse then the next delivery date was a week later. They deliver anytime between 7 am and 9 pm . Who has a day that they are not doing anything all day, not me. So I decide to go to the warehouse and pick it up. When i get there the guy helping me put it into my car drinks from his mcdonald's cup the whole time. This lazy staff member basically makes me put the box into the truck myself. I will never order from them again.

I would not recommend this store. The salesman misrepresented delivery time and the manager will not pick up the phone or call a customer back. If it was not for poor service, there would not be any service at all!
