Everybody in the facility had the greatest attitude and all were very helpful, however I'm not sure they know what they are doing. I could see so much better with my old glasses. Even after the 'adjustment' period, there are still several things I just cannot see. They are not very concerned about this. They've checked whether I could see some close or obvious objects, which I could, so they look at me like I am telling tales. I really want to try somebody else next time.
