I bought a Refrigerator, washer, and dryer from factory furniture and all went out within days of each other .After only two years. Don't purchase their fridgadare items.

Latrice, I had a bad experience at this store. I purchased a bedroom set about 2 weeks ago. I paid for the set in cash. I paid for delivery and set up of the bed. The headboard and footboard were badly damaged. The manager promised to replace it the next week. I called back to follow up and the manger was rude and short with me. He basically said its not his problem it was damaged and he would replace at his conveinance. He then stated that there are no refunds and hung up on me!!!!!!! I believe that a business should be professional and treat customers for respect. Customers are what keep the doors of the business open. No customers then no profits. I hope no one has to go through this and never pay in cash at this business.
