Excellent, honest service. If there's a concern, he's always willing to work with customers and make sure engine is running well.

Cleans your stuff up nice & does a tune up just fine.... even after you tell him you have already did a tune up and replaced mower blades...charged $200 and problem not fixed. 2 stars represent the times I cut my grass before the mower quit again...

He does great work, is honest and his prices are great. He will tell you if something is worth fixing or not. I will always bring my lawnmower to him to fix.

I've brought repair jobs to Norm for numerous years, first out of his home and now at the hardware store. He's always been kind and forthcoming and goes out of his way to do a decent, respectable job. He even went to my house to show me how to start a mower that was new to me. His charges are more than reasonable, possibly why he does not take charge cards to save us money. Thankful to have Norm in our community.

Does not take credit/debit cards. Charged 50 dollars to do a simple cleaning, said it took him an hour???? Left the chain saw there for one week because it was inconvenient for me to get back and got the snottiest rudest call from a woman who identified herself as an employee. She spoke to me like I was some deadbeat. I will never give them my business again and will tell everyone I know what jerks they are!
