Great food, with a great staff to serve you. The type of restaurant that you would want in the community to serve us. Keep up the great job!

Excellent food at a great price. The burrito is huge and has chips around the edges and a sweet sauce on it. I order the all beef version, but they are very accommodating with requests. They also make an excellent Taco Salad. Their food isn't greasy at all. The web site above and the photo on the info tab is actually to a different restaurant in Tennessee. A street view map shows the restaurant, but it's on the corner of Lafayette and Van Deinse where a traffic light is.

Great breakfast this morning 9/12/11. Super service (coffee cup never less than half full) from friendly and not intrusive waitress. As stated by others portions are large and price is very fair! It is 5pm and I am still not hungry after forcing down the last tasty bite of my Down Home Southern omelet. I am looking forward to my next visit. Better food, larger portions, lower cost and friendly attentive service makes Down Home a better value than any of the chain restaurants or fast food joints.

Down Home Restaurant is my favarite place to eat. I love their homemade soups and that moms meatloaf is wonderful. Something I dont cook at home very often.

My family and I really enjoyed Down Home over Danish Festival weekend it seemed nice to be able to sit down and relax enjoy a meal and really feel welcomed. We will be there more its our new favorite place

The best restaurant I ever ate in. Greenville has to many fast food restaurants and the other sit down ones are too expensive. Down Home has quality charm and fantastic waitresses.

The best restaurant in town! Yummy food. GREAT prices. Friendly staff. What more could anyone ask for? Their Sizzler Steak meal is one of the best deals around. This eatery fills the hole left by the closing of Hi-Delite years ago. So happy they're staying open til 8pm three nights a week now.

I am happy there is a place like Down Home to go to eat great food friendly and great staff. Greenville really needed this restaurant. Great prices and great food and a feeling they want you there. I HOPE THEY MAKE IT.......

My new favorite place to go for any meal. The prices are very reasonable the food is great. A real "down home" feel. Comfort food specials. I'll keep going back.
