Tidwell Realty, was so nice to me and my fianc. We are getting married next month. Matt & I needed to find our 1st home. We were really nervous about buying. I called several real estate offices, but it seemed nobody wanted to work with us, they never called us back. Maybe because we were not buying some million dollar home. Then I called Tidwell Realty, about a home in Latrobe. Diane, was really friendly & invited Matt & I into the office. Diane said, so the Tidwell Team could get to know us, to find out what we were looking for in a home. I WAS AMAZED, that they were interested in helping us. Linda, Lisa, Bill, Noreen, Diane & Tidwell Team, was just great, they were very patience & guided us on everything. At closing, they were there to make sure everything was just right. We could not have done this without Tidwell Realty. I want them to know, that Matt & I really appreciate all they did for us. We have told all of our friends about them. They are helping 2 of them

Today was a day I will never forget. I was devistated looking for a home to buy, now I walk into the Tidwell Team office and find that everyone is friendly and helpful. I was there a short time reviewing several homes in the area for sale, when I found what I liked, Lisa took me to see it. WOW she is great. I decided from there to buy the home so we went to the office and again all the friendly faces and helpful employees greated me. I put a bid in on a house and bought the house today. My family & I are very new to the North Huntingdon. We were reloacated here because of my job. The local university, was in need of a director, for the new medical department. Well, my wife was very nervous, because she was leaving her small town in Texas. She and our 3 girls, have always lived there. But this was going to be a great oppertunity, that we could not pass it up. Well, my wife, Sue, started calling many real estate offices, inquiring about some new homes. But after calling Coldwell Banker, Prudential, Re/Max, Keller Williams, and No one would return her call.... she then made a call into Tidwell Realty, It was such an eye opening experenice. Sue, was talking with Linda Tidwell, who idenfied herself as the owner of Tidwell Realty. Linda, actually took the time, to ask many questions, of what was important to our family, in our new home. We all flew up to meet with Linda. That when we got a chance to meet her entire team, The Tidwell Team. Everyone was so helpful. They spent the entire weekend with us, and we found our home on Sunday. It is stressful making a move from Texas to Penna, but Linda Tidwell, and the Tidwell Team, removed so much of the stress, by handeling everything for us. After meeting with them, you can realize that it means for much to them, to do the best, and look out for your interest. I have recommended them of our entire HR department, so now they take care of all the families relocating into the area. We will only be using Tidwell Realty when we sell or purchase in the future. My family & I want to thank Tidwell Realty for everything they did for us.
