      HORRIBLE!!!!! Had a 9:00 appt. They called and rescheduled for 10:00. We show up at 10:00 and no one in the shop, despite seeing us standing there and passing right by us, even had the common courtesy to acknowledge our presence....unacceptable!!! Then we were told, after I forced someone to acknowledge me, that the guy who made the appt. for 10:00 NEVER comes in prior to 10:45. UNREAL!!! Rude, inefficient, and certainly NOT timely. Take your business elsewhere!
