We had rampart security already in our house when we purchased it. We where happy with the service but got sucked into ADT through their commercials. Leaving rampart was the worst decision we ever made. Luckily Rampart was more than happy to welcome us back, the uninstalled the ADT system very neatly and placed it all in boxes for ADT to pick up. They installed all new state of the art keypad and sensors and had it running like a top before they left. Shortly after they left one of the lamp modules went haywire so we called and asked them to address the problem the next day, not rampart, they had their guys back at my house in 30 minutes, which is the same kind of service we received before we left them. Techs were clean, professional and just plain old good people. The owner is very involved, and was even at the house for install to ensure we had a smooth transition. We feel foolish for ever leaving. Take it from me, the grass is not greener on the other side.
We had a home system installed a few years back due to break ins in the neighborhood and thought the team was very courteous and professional with everything from the sales call to the installation. We recently had new windows and doors installed in our home and Rampart had to come and change some things around. Again they were great with this transition. We HIGHLY recommend Rampart. We feel so much safer knowing we have the system and are VERY pleased with the company.
