I want to know if you advertise real plates and silveware why I get plastic trays and plastic spoons for my soup?

Not sure what all the fuss is about Panera Bread? I ordered the Grilled Chicken salad on June 10th. $7.99 for a "honeymoon salad"? For you younger ones that don't know what that means - it means "lettuce alone". . . bad joke, but not as bad as this huge bowl of lettuce, with an extremely meager amount of "shaved" chicken. There might have been a tiny bit of cheese, not sure? Also, I was given 2 very, very small containers of dressing; we had to ask for more. I don't know about you all, but I want tomatoes, cucumers, and other things in my "Grilled Chicken Salad" when I'm paying $8.00. Also, $1.89 for 1 cookie? The multi grain bread that they give you with salad is so hard - watch you don't break a tooth on this. . . it's also a super small portion. Thumbs down for me.
