Paella is without a doubt, the most important gastronomic Ambassador of Spanish cuisine. When I was growing up, I used to help my Grandmother cook the best-known dish in Spanish cuisine; Paella. I learned the importance of controlling the heat to cook the best Paella. At Pallantia we cook our Paella with imported rice from Valencia, Spain, and following my Grandma´s recipes. Nothing defines Spain´s cuisine better than Tapas and Paella. Our exciting Tapas and Paellas are great to share and will bring you a taste of Spain to enjoy.
