Terrible rudeness! Poor customer service. Sent wrong equipment. Zero stars! The delivery driver was unbelievable! Can’t understand how they are still in business. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a company in my whole life. Not just one department either. Can never get through to a person on the phone. I could go on and on. Find somewhere else for medical supplies!

Med Care is very poor. They provide poor service and the service people lie. The company consistently does not send my order unless I call multiple times. I usually end up calling my insurance company's member service and file a compliant to get Med Care to send my supplies. Why???? Why is it so hard???

I have been ordering supplies through MedCare since last year-2015. I had all good experiences dealing with this company. The person that helped me, went out of her way to handle my sales / orders. She fitted me properly for a cane I purchased off the floor, and ordered compression stockings for me, after taking my measurements. She searched every brand of bandage, that her company carries, to supply me with the best possible choice and not so expensive. ...because I was paying cash. My doctors ordered me bandages that cost $10 a piece, but my insurance did not cover them. I asked her if she could find me a bandage that was similar in size & function, yet not quite as expensive. After searching many kinds, she found me one that cost only 47 cents a piece...instead of $10 each. A TREMENDOUS SAVINGS FOR ME! They work the same as the more expensive brand, because I've used them both. Every time I stop in or call the company, for a small order, I am treated well. GREAT SERVICE!

I'd been using a 3+ year old cpap mask and cushion, it worked fine but the seal wasn't great, so when we finally met our insurance deductible, I went shopping for a new mask. Medcare got me in quickly and I was able to try on 5 different masks. I got the new Respironics Amara View and love it. I'd been having neck pain for a while and it was great to solve both problems at the same time. We had a glitch with our insurance but Gary handled that with one phone call.

Great service, you'll like them.

Gave them a second chance only to find out that they are opening up boxes of CPAP masks and removing the headgear from them and selling them seperately. Then only sending me part of my order, while ALL of my order is on the packing slip listed as SHIPPED next to the item I did not receive. It appears that they are making side money by billing Medicare for items that they don't send customers, but have them listed on the packing slip as being part of the order. Then when I tried to discuss the issue with them, they at first transferred me back and forth with each person having a different story, and finally the one I spoke with last, I allowed her to speak without saying a word myself until she was done, but when it was my turn to speak, she talked over me louder and louder repeating the same thing over and over. I have received the same supplies since 2001 from different companies, including theirs every 3 months. Now, Medcare is opening the boxes, taking the masks apart (one of them admitted that they do this so they can sell the headgear seperately), and then after opening your mask box and handling everything, removing things, they try to trick you by putting everything that is SUPPOSED to be there, on your packing list and billing your insurance obviously for items they never sent. I wonder how much money they make from their little side business there. Let's see if Medicare can find out.

They are the worst. I use liquid oxygen. I needed my tank filled. I had a hard time getting ahold of the woman the coordinates the liquid oxygen. When I finally reached her, she said a deliver would be arranged. No one showed up during the expected time. I called her again. Finally, medcare brought me a whole new liquid oxygen tank, full. The very next day, the company that fills the liquid oxygen showed up knocking on my door.He didn't call first. I told him that Medcare brought me a new tank yesterday. I sent him away, and I again called the lady that coordinates the liquid oxygen. I was concerned that there is a lack of communication and that no one calls ahead of time. Well, she was able to assure me this would not happen again. She also worked with me to schedule the next visit for the liquid oxygen to be refilled. August 1st is my liquid oxygen tank refill date. Well, i have literally sat at this house all day waiting for my tank refill. I knew they were to come this morning, so around 1:30, I left a message for the liquid oxygen tank coordinator lady at Medcare requesting a call back today. It is now 5:15 on a Friday, and I have not heard from anyone. It is a weekend. What if my tank was completely empty and I had a special event to attend out of the home this weekend? Well, guess I couldn't go, since Medcare sucks!!! They are the worst!! I am going to call my insurance company on Monday to discuss other providers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had nothing but horrible service and extreme rudeness from MedCare. I would never recommend them to anyone. The woman who answers the calls for requests for supplies is the nastiest person I have ever had to deal with. They refuse to listen to the customer's order and then send the wrong stuff and then insist and demand they sent the right stuff even though you have it in front of you and have two working eyeballs and can SEE that it's not the right stuff. Then after having to wait for several months to order and not being able to use the crap they sent because it doesn't fit your machine, the woman again refuses to listen to what you need. I asked her to read back to me the items they were sending and just to be nasty, she deliberately sped through UPC numbers instead of telling me what the items were or their model numbers. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she snapped "She's not HERE!" Of course I got unusable items again and no hope of ever getting any customer service from them. BEWARE!
