when we moved in their was a lot of damages to the apartment, maintenance has been called and failed to respond to issues dealing with both broken windows when we moved in need replaced. the shelving unit it the closet was only held to the wall with caulk and fell after 3 shirts were put on the rack (again maintenance failed to respond to calls and had to go to a apartment they were remodeling just to get 1 of them to fix it. they charge a extra $30/Month for a 5 gallon hot water tank in each unit that is empty after a 10 minute shower. their is a $30 /month fee per pet with a 2 pet limit (no dogs allowed after we moved in even though their are dogs living in other apartments). older tenants are being charged a second security deposit because freid el took over the complex from another land lord. in my opinion i will never rent from this company again.
