I have had the best experience having an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about (I never do), I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong, they make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. His manners were much better that any Specialist at those big name hospitals. they usually have displayable egos. This office really goes above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The doctor is young, but thinks like an "old timer". This is the good old health care system. He denied me a refill. Most people would be upset at him. I was glad. His reason for the denial was: HE TOOK THE TIME TO SEE THE MEDICINE INTERACTION WITH OTHER MEDICINES I WAS TAKING.
