The company has since grown to become a fully integrated highway contractor that performs projects as a highway contractor in western Pennsylvania and as one of the largest milling or profiling contractor on the East Coast. Donegal Construction Corporation s construction division offers asphalt paving, concrete construction, excavation and grading, base repairs, patching, drainage structures and drainage lines, utility lines, water and sewage lines, bridge and culvert construction and crack sealing. Its milling division offers asphalt and concrete milling, pavement profiling, asphalt and concrete carbide grinding.
