Donahue's is a family owned business started in 1962 in the Greensburg Area. They have prided themselves in quality honesty and the highest degree in customer satisfaction. Whether its a simple repair or a complete new furnace or air conditioner you need, Donahue's will strive to recommend just what you need for your size home and how often you will use the unit. They also offer air quality testing, sell air cleaners, humidifers, and will work on all makes and models. Office hours 8:30 to 5 pm Mon- Fri.

I hired Donehue's to help transition my heat pump home to natural gas. Although the project was long, due to multi-steps with gas company, Donehue's was fantastic! In summary, their estimate for the project beat all other competitors. They were always on time and very nice to work with. The installers were professional and worked about 21 hours in total on the project. The main installer (Jim) was awesome! Very patient, knowledgeable, and was able to trouble-shoot a problem that almost extended the life of the project. They truly seemed to care about their work, and this extended from the phone contacts to the actual work itself. I have nothing negative to say about Donehue's. I highly recommend this company!
Had a problem with my thermostat. It was dead. Gentleman came out and tested for awhile and believed it to be the thermostat. One was ordered and put on the next day. Unfortunately, it went dead as well. When I called and advised of the problem, they sent two gentlemen out the very next day and finally found the real problem. That part was ordered and put on the next day. I was not charged for the thermostat even though it was believed (in good faith) to be that part. I was only billed for the part I needed plus labor. I liked that when I called this place someone answered and if they advised someone would be there before 5pm end of day, they were there! I received a follow up call soonafter to check if all was still working okay.
We had maintenance performed on our furnace at the beginning of December. Later that month, we scheduled air duct celaning, since we were satisfied with the previous job that had been done. We had a check ready to give to the technician upon completion of the work that day. He explained that he could not take it with him. In the meantime during the cleaning, the technician broke one of my Christmas decorations and my son's night light. The date on the bill was 12/28. I received the invoice from my mailbox on 12/29. I mailed the check on Tuesday, January 3, 2012. On Wednesday, January 4, 2012, I received an Overdue Notice. They charged me a Finance Charge of .89, because they stated that I was 2 days Overdue on my payment. I called the company to complain. Long story short, I did NOT have to pay the finance charge. However, they did NOTHING to repay me for my damaged items. Did not even apologize. It's the principle of the matter. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Outstanding. If you want a company to fix a problem withOUT over charging this is the company. They were here sameday. I have white carpet and Joe the repairman was extremely careful. The drain from the AC unit was blocked and water dripped on to the circuit board. Joe replaced circuit board for only $324. I had called another company (prior to calling Donahue's) about my AC not working. Over the phone the other company advised me since my AC is about 10 years old, I would probably need a new AC (thousands of dollars). So happy I made an appointment with Donahue's and not Sears.
I live out of state and recently my mother was in a no heat situation. I called Donahue's and they got there fast, got her furnace up and running and took great care of her. I feel much better knowing I can trust a company to help when I cannot be there. Thank You to everyone at Donahue's!!
