THIS COMPANY IS WONDERFUL! I am really not sure why two people put negative reviews about Total Restoration . My experience with them was superb. My problem was roof ,water and ceiling damage. My insurance agent referred Total Restoration and I am so thankful he did. When we called we were relieved to find a family owned business with down to earth people. The office staff was very helpful and the crew that came out was great. They boxed all of my items ,moved furniture and put everything back when they were done. My roof ,ceiling and walls look fantastic . I would recommend them to everyone..... IF YOU HAVE DAMAGE TOTAL RESTORATION. IS THE BUSINESS. TO CALL !!!!!!!!

This is definitely the company to call if you have a problem!! A friend recommended Total Restoration and I can not praise them enough. They did a WONDERFUL job when I had a small fire in my home. I didn't know where to start but from my very first phone call they put me at ease and helped through it all step by step. The office staff and the expert crew they sent to my home worked together to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They even went above and beyond by fixing a few things here and there that I hadn't even noticed needed attention! I guess I owe my friend a dinner for recommending them...and now I have a beautiful kitchen to cook it in thanks to the nice people at Total Restoration!

Smoke from my wood burner backed up and went throughout my home. The walls, furniture, floors and everything in between was covered with soot. They cleaned EVERYTHING .... air vents, decorative items, furniture, floors, carpets, cabinets, and every other item you could possibly think of. They washed my curtains, painted, and put everything back in its place. I was not only amazed by the work, but also the people doing the work. It was like having friends or family doing the work. I can't say enough about how happy I was with Total Restoration!
